Vets for pets is a scam industry and absolutely clueless individuals who know nothing about animals. You have more insight at home using Google. I went to 2 different vets4pets practices and they both lied outright about my dogs sore foot. One said it was a faruncle and needed removing, they charged me for surgury cut into my dogs foot found nothing never removed anything and instead left my dog with a gaping wound that never healed and they refused to treat or take care of. Of course the original problem persisted and continued as they had done nothing at all. On the second visit to a completely separate vets4pets they said the scar tissue from the previous surgury which was unnecessary needed to be removed when asking if that was going to solve the problem or cure the condition they said they couldn't say and only after they did it would they know but I would be entitled to no refunds no guarantees and no insurance lol. The company is a completely clueless scam. Selling policies and procedures with no reason evidence or purpose. When I contested and complained they just acted like they did nothing wrong and that's medicine for you. Keep it!! Putting my dog through unnecessary pain and suffering to line your own pockets. Absolutely disgraceful. In all honesty the entire industry is not much better. These greedy self centred people have ruined owning animals for people. I will never ever own another pet after this one because it is a complete scam and con and even though your the owner your reliant on a scam industry to care for and support your animal when it's sick. You will then be stuck in an eternal scam con artist loop. Better off not putting yourself in that vulnerable situation and not own pets. They could not explain why they tried to sell me a £1500 procedure to remove scar tissue that had nothing to do with the problem or root cause. A separate vets4pets caused that scare tissue by performing unnecessary surgury now a separate one trying the same con to get another £1500 without any idea why there doing it or if will help the situation. There's nowhere you can report these people to as nowhere exists the mediation place only works if the vet is willing and the royal college one only gets involved if there's criminal negligence. It's literally set up to protect them from selling and providing unnesacary guesswork and get away with it. This has ruined a lifetime of owning pets because of the industry's pure greed and ignorance.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid – False Information and Discrimination Please be extremely cautious when dealing with Vets4Pets Gosport. I paid for my dog’s first vaccination, but the second jab was never valid because it was not given within the required four-week window — yet they were still happy to take my money. When I tried to resolve this, the staff repeatedly hung up the phone, refused to give me information I requested, and failed to fulfil a Subject Access Request (SAR), which has been reported to the ICO. I was also discriminated against because of my disability, despite them already having medical letters confirming my needs. Absolutely disgusting customer service and unethical behaviour. Avoid this company at all costs.

Our recent encounter with Vets4Pets, in Telford, has left our family utterly devastated and disillusioned. We sought their services urgently when our beloved cat was suffering from a blocked bladder for the second time. However, the care provided by this establishment was shockingly negligent, ultimately resulting in the heart-breaking loss of our cherished companion. Upon admission at approximately 10 am, our cat underwent a procedure aimed at alleviating his distressing condition. To our dismay, Vets4Pets made the inexplicable decision to discharge him shortly thereafter, as they wanted to close early on a Saturday, despite the severity of his ailment. This premature discharge not only displayed a lack of understanding of the urgency of his situation but also disregarded the standard protocols for managing such cases effectively. Tragically, our cat's health deteriorated rapidly following his discharge, and he ultimately had to be put to sleep under the care of another out of hours veterinarian who was also dismayed by the lack of care Vets4Pets had provided. This devastating outcome could have been prevented had Vets4Pets exercised proper judgment and provided the necessary level of care and attention. Furthermore, the response from Vets4Pets following this tragic incident has been deeply disappointing. Rather than acknowledging their shortcomings and taking responsibility for their actions, they have shown a complete lack of remorse and have even attempted to deny the advice they provided us. Their dishonesty and lack of accountability only compound the distress caused by their negligent care. As pet owners who entrusted the well-being of our cherished companion to Vets4Pets, we are appalled by the disregard for basic standards of veterinary care demonstrated by this establishment. We are left questioning their competence and commitment to the welfare of animals in their care. We implore Vets4Pets to conduct a thorough review of their practices and protocols to prevent similar tragedies from occurring in the future. Additionally, we urge them to show compassion and integrity in their dealings with clients, especially in times of crisis. In memory of our beloved cat, we caution fellow pet owners against entrusting their pets' health to Vets4Pets until significant improvements are made to their standards of care and professionalism.
